I got married in October 2012. I absolutely loved my Clarice Gown from J. Crew but it's just been hanging in my closet since then. I was definitely on a budget when I had my wedding so I thought this would be a nice way to help someone else out.
I did not do any alterations to the bodice of the gown. I did have the length altered. I am 5 foot 4 inches and wore 4 inch heels. The dress was all the way to the ground with my heels on. The dress is an ivory color, not bright white. It has only been worn once and has since been professionally cleaned. There are a few small, light-colored stains at the bottom of the dress (pictured). They are all within inches of the hemline and not noticeable. The rest of the dress is pristine. More pictures of the actual dress are available upon request.
