This dress is a gorgeous italian silk original Romona Keveza ordered/purchased at a trunk show in the summer of 2003 for my 2004 wedding. I'm a size 6 in off-the-rack clothes, but this dress is a size 8 (designer sizes are larger). The color is ivory. It has an open back and halter front style, a wrap belt that ties in front, and comes wtih a simple, hip length veil. At the time, Romona Keveza's bridal collection was comprised of gowns inspired by hollywood legends. This gown is the one inspired by a dress worn by Marilyn Monroe in one of her films. I have no daughters of my own to pass it down to, and it seems a shame for it to never be used again.
